The Setup

I'm the owner of a commercial pool service company in Queen Creek, Arizona. Four-man crew, 300+ customers — hotels, HOAs, community pools. I wear a lot of hats. In early 2026 I started looking at AI employees as a way to get repetitive work off my plate so the crew could focus on billable work.

I signed up for Marblism and started with five AI employees: Sonny for social media, Eva for email and admin, Penny for blog and SEO content, Stan for sales leads, and Rachel for phone reception. After a few weeks I added Cara for additional lead research.

Sonny — AI Social Media Manager

Sonny — AI Social Media Manager

Social media, 6 platforms
★★★★★

Sonny manages social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google My Business, and Pinterest — all from one dashboard. I've been running him for 60 days and I'm on board.

What Sonny Does

  • Creates posts across all 6 platforms from your guidelines
  • Daily content ideas based on your business type
  • Learns your brand voice from examples you provide
  • You review and approve before anything posts — full control
  • Responds to comments if you want him to

My Results

  • One platform went from 29 followers to 150+ in the first month
  • Another platform hit 400+ followers
  • Google Search Console showed a traffic spike when the first blog post went live
  • Sonny's images are strong, but real product/job-site photos should be used for exact equipment when needed
  • I approve everything before it posts — never worried about off-brand content

The Catch

Sonny needs good guidelines to produce on-brand content. The initial setup takes 20-30 minutes. Worth it.

Eva — AI Executive Assistant

Eva — AI Executive Assistant

Email, admin, inbox management
★★★★★

Eva handles your inbox, drafts replies, and manages the administrative work that clutters your day. I was skeptical about giving an AI access to my email. After 60 days I'm not going back.

What Eva Does

  • Sorts your inbox, archives newsletters and low-priority email
  • Drafts replies to common inquiries in your voice
  • Creates to-do lists and reminders from your emails
  • Learns your preferences from the last 100 emails
  • Guidelines tab: who to reply to, what to archive, scheduling preferences

My Results

  • I was spending 30 minutes to an hour per session on email — now I review Eva's drafts and hit send
  • Can handle email from the road between jobs — drafts are ~95% ready, minor adjustments
  • Eva never auto-sends — I stay in control of every outgoing email
  • About 4 hours a week back, maybe more
Penny — AI Blog Writer

Penny — AI Blog Writer

Blog posts, SEO content, articles
★★★★★

Penny was the biggest unlock. I had never done blog content — I didn't have the time and it wasn't in the budget. Penny changed that.

What Penny Does

  • Generates 5 personalized blog post ideas daily tailored to your business
  • Writes full SEO articles with images and proper structure
  • Edit with natural language: "change the hero picture," "make it more compact"
  • One-click publish: WordPress, WIX, Shopify, Webflow, HTML/markdown, PDF
  • Guidelines tab: writing style and image style customization

My Results

  • Our first blog post went live — Google Search Console showed a traffic spike the same day
  • I never had a blog before. Penny made it possible without adding to my workload.
  • Articles are ~80-90% ready — I review and publish
  • This is the capability the business never had before Marblism.
Stan — AI Sales Associate

Stan — AI Sales Associate

Lead research, sales outreach, sequences
★★★★☆

Stan researches leads and can run outbound sales sequences — automated multi-step email campaigns with personalization. I have plenty of work right now so I'm not actively pursuing new leads, but what I've seen from Stan looks solid.

What Stan Does

  • Stan can research and build lists from LinkedIn and the web when prompted correctly
  • Builds outbound email sequences: intro → follow-up → value add
  • Runs follow-ups automatically at the right time
  • No emails go out until YOU activate the sequence — full control
  • Fresh leads delivered based on your criteria

My Results

  • Set up a sequence, tested it — emails look professional and on-brand
  • Not actively using lead gen since I have plenty of work, but what I see is solid
  • Only has one method of getting leads right now — that's the limitation
  • The email copy quality is good, not generic

The Catch

Stan's lead research is limited to one method right now. If lead gen is your primary growth channel, you may need to supplement with other tools.

Rachel — AI Phone Receptionist

Rachel — AI Phone Receptionist

Phone calls, call handling, appointment booking
★★★☆☆

Rachel answers your business phone — she picks up, handles questions, can transfer calls to you in real-time, and books appointments from your connected calendar. I haven't had enough time with her yet to give a complete picture, but what I've seen so far looks promising.

What Rachel Does

  • Answers your dedicated business phone number (U.S., Canada, or U.K.)
  • Responds to common and custom questions based on your guidelines
  • Transfers urgent calls to your phone in real-time
  • Books appointments from your connected calendar
  • Sends you a summary after every call

What I've Seen

  • Rachel picks up the phone and handles common questions professionally
  • Call summaries come through after each call
  • The call transfer feature works when tested
  • I've tested it but haven't had enough inbound calls to really rate it fully yet
  • Texting is the blocker for CAS — Rachel requires a landline or VoIP setup, and that hasn't been in place yet

The Catch

Rachel needs a phone number setup that works for your business. The area code can't be changed. If you're already using a VoIP or landline setup you want to keep, check whether Rachel can integrate with it before signing up. For CAS, texting is the blocker — we haven't gotten the right phone setup in place yet.

Cara — AI Research Specialist

Cara — AI Research Specialist

Lead research, data gathering, competitive intel
★★★★☆

Cara does deep research on leads, competitors, and market opportunities. I added her partway through the test to support Stan's lead generation. She's a good complement but not a replacement for an active sales motion.

What Cara Does

  • Researches individual leads and companies from public data
  • Builds competitive intelligence reports
  • Fills in gaps in Stan's lead lists with richer data
  • Delivers structured research reports you can act on

My Results

  • Good quality research on individual prospects
  • Works well paired with Stan — she finds the data, Stan reaches out
  • Not something I use daily, but valuable when I need it

The Bottom Line

Marblism is not a magic button. You have to set up guidelines, review AI output, and actually use the tools. But if you're willing to invest 20-30 minutes in setup per AI employee, the return is real.

Several hours a week back. A blog content capability I never had. Professional social media posts I never had time to create. For a service business owner, that's worth $33/month per AI employee.

5 stars for Sonny, Eva, and Penny — they're earning their keep. 4 stars for Stan and Cara — solid tools that just need a more active sales push on my end to show full value. 3 stars for Rachel — the potential is there, I just haven't had enough time with her to give a complete picture yet.

Overall: 4.3 out of 5. If your main pain point is repetitive admin work eating into your day, Marblism is worth trying. Start with one or two AI employees and expand from there.
